Affected property owners have been working through requirements with the project partner team for some time now.

Owners and tenants have previously been advised of the likely need for vacant possession from late October 2022 onwards.

Property owners, and tenants are now being advised of new later dates for vacant possession ranging from early 2023 to 2025. This depends on their location and when the phasing of construction works is likely to start, ie widening of the river, increasing the height of stopbanks, and construction of two new bridges.
