Daly Street

The Daly Street area is a key site within the future plans for development. To deliver on our vision for this area, Hutt City Council acquired three buildings and surrounding sections along Daly Street.

Demolition work here is now complete. Ground investigations and testing are still ongoing, as well as clearing debris and maintaining the site.

Site fencing will remain to ensure site safety while Hutt City Council and the project complete the future plans for the site.
